Wii games have been crap lately. Nintendo's E3 conference last year wouldn't have been a huge let down if games that gamers actually cared about were announced. Before E3, I joked Nintendo would announce a Wii Sports 2, and lord behold, it came true. But besides all the shovelware Nintendo and every lazy 3rd party developed for the Wii, there are a few games that, and I stress few, that are actually worth playing. One of these games is Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Cross Generation of Heroes. Tatsunoko vs. Capcom continues the "vs. Capcom" series with a Japanese animation company I had no idea existed. But not knowing where the characters come from doesn't ruin the awesomeness of this 2-D fighting game. Since most of the text is Japanese, it's fun to nickname the characters you don't know the name of. Guy with the cape and Vampire slut versus The giant robot is a lot easier to say that learning what their real names are. I'll learn all their names eventually (aka go to the TvsC Wikipedia article). As of right now, it's a Japanese only game but I had it imported from a Japanese Wal-Mart. The chances of it coming to America or to another console / machine besides the Wii and arcades is very slim. My current main is Yatterman No. 1 Pros: Pulls off combos quickly. His specials are humourous. Cons: Sounds like a girl. I don't plan to have a carreer in video-game journalism or reviews so this is all I'm going to say. Oh yeah, one last thing. This is the best game on the Wii since Super Mario Galaxy. End blog.
