Hmmm… well… getting everything finished before Quarter 4 didn't go so well so I have a lot of catching up to do this month. I was supposed to get these videos finished for YouTube before October but that didn't go as planned, unfortunately. Time hogs, like school, really screwed my plans up. This reminds me of a song by Billy Joel called Vienna, if that's good or bad. =

After I finished Banjo-Kazooie: Rated E? – Part 2, I decided to finish watching Death Note. My friend introduced me to it a little before Summer Vacation started but I couldn't find the time to watch the rest of the episodes. I finally found the opportunity about a week ago. Death Note is like Case Closed but with a more serious atmosphere and more linear to the storyline. I love the mind tricks and how, the main character, Light gets himself out of situations. There are those priceless "OWNED!" moments that make the anime fun to watch. It ended too soon though, in my opinion, and I wasn't so sure about the ending. Meh, it's still great, nonetheless.

Oh… and I heard Death Note is going to air on [adult swim] soon so if you're too lazy to watch the English sub-titled episodes at TVlinks before they become illegal, you can always tune in once a week on [adult swim] starting later this month. >_>

Alter Bridge's and Puddle of Mudd's newest albums will release simultaneously on October 9th. I'm going to pre-order Alter Bridge's Album, Blackbird, at Walmart.com because it comes with a Exclusive Bonus DVD and being a hardcore AB fan, I must buy it. Puddle of Mudd's album, Famous, won't have any cool DVDs so I'm going to buy it the old fashioned way, at a real life store.

Speaking of spending cash, in about a week, I'll be able to play Ouendan, Phoenix Wright, and many other DS games. I've been waiting for this day for too long… about freakin' time too.

Speaking of video games, DDR Hottest party… *ahem* ……. *sigh* Once again, Konami makes a non-purchase worthy DDR game for a Nintendo console. Mario Mix just wasn't enough for them. Good thing I researched because I found out DDR Hottest Party won't have any speed mods. Konami just took a step back all the way to DDR 5th Mix. In case you don't know what I'm talking about, speed mods are what make the arrows go faster. In DDR HT, you're stuck at playing x1 speed. Call me a noob or a whiner, I don't really care. I'm a speed player. Speed x1 doesn't cut it. I feel really unappreciative now to DDR Universe. Yeah, so who cares if DDR Universe had RnB songs that belong in some retarded sweet 16 birthday party and a crappy Quest Mode that mades me want to tear my hair out of frustration, at least the developers added speed modifications to the steps. So yeah, I'm pissed. If you like DDR, say whatever you want, you won't make me want to buy Hottest Party. I might just download a Hottest Party song pack for Stepmania when it's available. That way, I don't have to spend any money AND I can play on any speed I desire.

Speaking of rhythm games, I found Boom Boom Rocket for Xbox Live Arcade really fun. I might buy 1,000 points tomorrow and purchase the full game. You guys might not like it though and find it boring.

Speaking of boring, I played Halo 3 yesterday, or should I say Halo 2.5, lol mirite? I'm not a hardcore Halo player so if you are, you can just skip this paragraph or just close the window. Either way works if my opinion hurts your feelings. Halo 3… it's ok to play with friends and all, but all the hype from it didn't qualify it at being "OMGZ EPIC." Then again, I never played Campaign Mode so I might be lost in the story. And no, I will not play Halo and Halo 2 just so some Bungie staff writer can tell me a story. The core gameplay stayed the same which bothered me a bit because I felt like playing Halo 2 all over again with new map packs. One map that did catch my interested was "Sandtrap." It reminded me of "Backstab" in Battlefield 2 (a far superior FPS *ahem*) but with a huge ass truck with turrets. Yay! I might buy it in the future for Forge Mode but I'm low on cash at the moment.

The reason I stayed playing was because one of my friends, who moved to Arizona during the summer, came down as last time staying over here. We got together with a bunch of our other friends and played Halo 3. Strange feeling, even though he moved, when I was talking to him, it felt he didn't go anywhere at all. So… yeah… I sacrificed a lot of YouTube time, but I don't really care. I have all month anyway, and I will get my to-do-list finished.

There will be a lot more to expect later in October… and that's pretty much all I can say at the moment.
